Apple and Google be anti-trust investigated
U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has been targeted at Google and Apple both the members of the relationship between the Board of Directors launched an anti-monopoly investigation.
Google CEO Eric Schmidt as well as the biotechnology company Genentech former CEO Arthur Levinson (Arthur Levinson) at the same time as Google and Apple board of directors. According to the U.S. anti-monopoly law, a person can not compete with each other at the same time as two of the company’s Board of Directors.
At present, the two companies have received notice, but refused to comment on it.
Both Google and Apple in the smartphone market, including as many fields such as the existence of direct or indirect competition. Google launched Android smartphone operating system is already available in T-mobile’s G1 smart machines use, which will undoubtedly impact the Apple iPhone and the latter a dramatic impact on market prospects.
